Lewis Hamilton beats Sebastian Vettel in a close battle at Spain.
Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton qualified on pole by just 0.05 of a second over Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel. But the battle continued throughout the race but it was Lewis Hamilton who won the Spanish Grand Prix after a battle that was so close with Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel that the two even touched after the final pit stops. Pitifully a crash at the start of the race saw Kimi Raikkonen and Max Verstappen out of contention, with Valtteri Bottas retiring a few laps later due to mechanical failure.
