Lewis Hamilton was fastest on Friday, again on Saturday, qualifying on pole, was leading the race when his Mercedes power unit let go. Daniel Ricciardo inherited the front and ended up winning the race, ahead of teammate Max Verstappen, and Nico Rosberg, who had to recover from a first lap shunt with Sebastian Vettel that placed him last.
