Lewis Hamilton wins as Sebastian Vettel retires from the Japanese Grand Prix.
A faulty spark plug saw Sebastian Vettel's Ferrari retiring from the race, and he is now 59 points behind Championship leader Lewis Hamilton. The Red Bull duo charged throughout the race to a well deserved podium with Max Verstappen finishing second and Daniel Ricciardo third. Valtteri Bottas finished fourth, not before doing did the fastest lap of the race.
