"It’s HOT out here today! Feeling good!" stated Lewis Hamilton, who set the pace in FP3 just a mere 0.098s ahead of his team-mate, who broke down at the end of the pit lane in the end.

"His engine stalled - but we don’t know why" was the latest information from Paddy Lowe on Nico Rosberg - can he get all set up nicely for qualifying? We’ll see.

FP3 saw both Force India’s back on track in some good news under the Hungarian heat (31°C, 50°C on track), and showed good pace, with Nico Hulkenberg sitting P1 for a long time. He eventually would end up P6. Sergio Perez though, asked to check the loads on the car as it felt 'quite loose'.

In some team-mate battles, the Lotus duo proved to be closely matched, with Romain Grosjean just 0.012s faster than Pastor Maldonado in 10th and 11th respectively.

For Scuderia Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen’s car is under checks, and he missed most of FP3 after a 'dramatic' water leak; and it was another encouraging session for McLaren, as Fernando Alonso was 8th, with Jenson Button 13th.
